Brief Return Policy In case, you need to return the product for a refund or replacement: Items must be returned to BlueSkyAve within 30 days(for a refund) or 90 days(for replacement) of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Returned item must be accompanied with the RMA(Return Merchant Authorization) form. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance
“Return” constitutes receipt of the product by BlueSkyAve, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item to BlueSkyAve and BlueSkyAve will pay to ship the replacement to the customer via UPS Ground.
