After the RMA Request Form is submitted...
1.
BlueSkyAve.com Customer Service will review the details.
2.
We will respond with a partially completed RMA Form with an RMA number and instructions for returning the product.
3.
You may then return the product with a print-out of a completed RMA Form within 14 days from the date of issuance.
4.
After examining and testing a product returned under warranty, BlueSkyAve will process your return according to our Return Policy.
