Return Policies
General Policy
BlueSkyAve.com offeres a 90-Day Return Policy on all items. This includes:
  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 90 days
  • Restocking Fee: May apply to Unauthorized Returns.


  • In case, you need to return the product for a refund or replacement:

    Items must be returned to BlueSkyAve within 30 days(for a refund) or 90 days(for replacement) of the invoice date for this policy to apply.

  • Returned item must be accompanied with the RMA(Return Merchant Authorization) form.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance
  • “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by BlueSkyAve, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

    The customer is responsible for shipping the item to BlueSkyAve and BlueSkyAve will pay to ship the replacement to the customer via UPS Ground.

    Authorized Returns
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA), Items Incorrectly Ordered, Items Incorrectly Shipped, and items that you wish to return for any other reason must be reported within 90 days from receiving the item to get a refund.
  • You must obtain a Return Authorization Number with in the 90 days period or you will not be able to get a refund.
  • All items must be 100% complete, original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, original labels and UPC codes on manufacture boxes to be accepted for RMA.
  • Incomplete returns will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return.
  • 15% Restocking Fee applies to all non DOA item returns.

    *We reserve the right to test the product and confirm the defectiveness before issuing a refund or an exchange.
    Unauthorized Returns
    Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
  • Any items that have the warranty label/mark removed that verifies the item to be a BlueSkyAve.com product will be refused refund or exchange.
  • Any items installed improperly are considered physically damaged and will be not replaced or refunded.
  • Any items defaced, physically damaged, non-functional due to user error or virus.
  • Any returns with out a Valid RMA Number.
  • Any item after 14 days after an RMA number has been issued.
  • Shipping Charges
    Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on return items. All related fees (shipping and return shipping fees) are non-refundable for all items.
    If we send you an incorrect item or the item is defective and you wish to get a replacement we will ship the item back to you at our expense.
    Refunds
    Allow up to 7 business days for all refunds to be processed. Once the refund process is completed, an email notification will be sent.
    *Please note that your financial institution may take up to 90 days from the date we issue your credit to post it in your account.
