2) We will respond with a service quote (Total price for the parts, labor, and shipping).
3) Once you agree on the quote and the payment is received, you can ship the laptop to us.
4) A technician will replace the parts as requested within 3 - 5 business days.
5) Laptop is shipped back to you and tracking number will be emailed to you.
