  Authorized Returns

Dead on Arrival (DOA), Items Incorrectly Ordered, Items Incorrectly Shipped, and items that you wish to return for any other reason must be reported within 90 days from receiving the item to get a refund.
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number with in the 90 days period or you will not be able to get a refund.

We reserve the right to test the product and confirm the defectiveness before issuing a refund or an exchange.

All items must be 100% complete, original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, original labels and UPC codes on manufacture boxes to be accepted for RMA.
Incomplete returns will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return.

20% Restocking Fee applies to all non DOA item returns.



Unauthorized Returns

Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 20% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.

• Any items that have the warranty label/mark removed that verifies the item to be an Impact Computers
product will be refused refund or exchange.

• Any items installed improperly are considered physically damaged and will be not replaced or refunded.

• Any items defaced, physically damaged, non-functional due to user error or virus.

• Any returns with out a Valid RMA Number.

• Any item after 14 days after an RMA number has been issued.


Shipping Charges

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on return items. All related fees (shipping and return
shipping fees) are non-refundable for all items.
If we send you an incorrect item or the item is defective and you wish to get a replacement we will ship the item back to you at our expense.


Refunds

Allow up to 15 business days for all refunds to be processed. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 90 days from the date we issue your credit to post it in your account.


Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects. If an item proves to be defective
within 90 days from the date of your invoice, we can assist with the repair or exchange of that item for you, according to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. All our products are covered by a 90-day warranty unless stated otherwise on the product page.

• Defective products can only be exchanged for the same identical part number/ item.
