How much will it cost for shipping?
An Actual Shipping Rate
Our shipping amount calculator is linked directly to the shipping carrier's web site, and is calculated based on the weight/ volume of the product(s) & the ship-to address. There is no hidden fees added to the shipping amount.
How to Calculate Shipping Amount:
1. Estimated shipping amount: You can view an estimated shipping amount by entering your shipping zip code at shopping cart page
2. Actual shipping Amount: The actual shipping amount can be calculated once you enter your ship-to address at check-out page. After this step, you will have the option to complete or cancel the order

How do I track my order?
|
BlueSkyAve will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will also be emailed to you once the item is shipped. However, the detailed tracking information may not be availble until the shipping carrier updates the information on their system.

My tracking number does not work.
|
If you have just received an email with the tracking number, please allow up to 10 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Do you offer international shipping?
|
Yes, we do offer international shipping. You can see the list of the countries we ship to at check-out page.

Is my personal & credit card information secure?
| Yes. Your account and checkout process is encrypted using 128-bit encryption. In addition, we do not keep any credit card information on file nor share your email address with anyone

How can I view the status of my current and past orders ?
You can view the status of your order by following one of two ways.
- Log in to your account and you will be redirected to My Account Summary page. Under Order History section, you can view all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view for an invoice and a detail of your order.
- On the bottom of the each page (Footer Section), there is a link to the 'Order Status' page. You can input the order confirmation number and check the status of your order

How long does it generally take to process my order?
|
All orders are generally shipped on the same day we receive the payment - Monday thru Friday. We must receive your payment before 5 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time) to guarantee this will happen. Orders placed after 5 p.m. will be shipped on the following business day.

Why am I receiving an error using my credit card?
|
There are two main errors that occur.
1. AVS Mismatch error - AVS stands for "Address Verification System", this means that your billing address given at checkout does not match the billing address that is on file with your bank or credit card company. You need to edit your profile and change your billing address information. If you believe that your billing information is correct than you need to contact your bank and ensure that their records are correct.
2. Transaction Decline - Once again you will need to contact your credit card company to rectify this error.

I didn't see an order confirmation page. Was my order submitted successfully?
|
This happens when communication back to your PC is interrupted following your order submission. If you didn't see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last submit button, please wait approximately 10 minutes and refresh your order status page in order to confirm whether or not your order was successfully submitted. If you still do not see it or want to double check the status of an order, please contact us by phone or live chat during our regular hours.

What information do I need to provide BlueSkyAve when I call, chat or e-mail?

What if there is a problem with the item I've purchased?

How long will it take before a refund/credit actually appears on my credit/debit card?
|
It takes us approximately 1-2 business days to process a credit back to your credit card and allow up to 7-10 business days for it to appear on your statement.

How do I return the product(s)?
- note- You need to acquire an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) first in order to return any product.
Followings are how your return is processed.
1. Acquire an RMA number
Your product needs to be returned with an RMA number so we can identify it. You can submit an RMA request form online,or contact our Customer Service,
2. Send the product to BlueSkyAve
Once your RMA number is issued, you can return the item with a RMA form to:

3. Your RMA is Received and Approved
You will receive an email once RMA has been reviewed & approved. It usually takes 1-3 business days from the time we receive your shipment to review and approve your RMA.
4. RMA Resolution
We will process your return per your request(Refund or Replacement) according to our Return Policy Information

Is it mandatory to have an RMA number in order to return a product?
|
Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable Return Policy period. BlueSkyAve will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 14 days. BlueSkyAve must receive the returned products within this timeframe. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

How do I find the DPN (Dell Part Number) of my Dell computer parts?
Dell part number can usually be found on a barcode label, a white sticker, or on a part itself.
It generally starts with a DP/N, CN, TW, TR, CR, or JP, then a series of Alfa Numeric Numbers with dashes.
The DELL Part Number (DPN) is the first five alfa numaric numbers/letters after '0'.
Ex) For the Dell part number 'H251M', it can be found in one of the following format:
1) 0H251M
2) DP/N 0H251M
3) CN-0H251M-74861-98E-0H7A-A00
